Natalie Duperreault Rohde

Natalie Duperreault-Rohde

Natalie Duperreault-Rohde is an adult gerontology nurse practitioner who earned a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Northern Colorado in 2022. She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

Through experiences of her own, she believes there is more to health than Western medicine alone can offer and that a blend of integrative techniques and science driven medicine is the key to wellbeing. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado in 2003. Prior to becoming a Nurse Practitioner, her nursing career was primarily in the Intensive Care Unit setting; she has also worked in Interventional Radiology and in outpatient surgical settings. Natalie resumed her studies in May 2024 when she began the process of certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine. Her anticipated graduation date is sometime in 2027.

Natalie is particularly interested in gut healing, managing cardiometabolic disease through lifestyle and diet modification and she has recently gained a new interest in hormones.

Natalie is originally from Canada and naturally loves winter in all its glory (down hill skiing, snowshoeing, building a snowman, and a roaring fireplace). Cooking plant based foods, creating fermented foods and baking artisanal sourdough bread are passions of hers. Her husband jokes that there is always a science experiment of some sort on their kitchen counter. She loves the outdoors and music in all its many forms.

Matt Kinneberg Bio Picture

Matt Kinneberg

Matt Kinneberg is a dedicated health and wellness professional whose journey into the field began after serving in the Marine Corps at the age of 24. Inspired by traditional practices and healing ceremonies experienced with family on the Navajo reservation in New Mexico, Matt found support and transformation through the guidance of traditional healers. This deeply personal journey led him to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Healthcare from Metro State University, where he graduated in 2017. His thesis focused on chronic diseases and their impact on various ethnic and cultural groups.

Following this, Matt became a certified personal trainer (CPT) and began working as a corrective exercise coach, emphasizing the physical aspects of the human body. Motivated to deepen his impact in the healthcare field, he pursued a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, completing it in 2022. During his residency, Matt worked at a functional medicine clinic, where he supported patients in improving health outcomes through lifestyle interventions while managing administrative tasks such as patient outreach, scheduling, marketing, and inventory.

Since then, Matt has continued his education, earning additional certifications in holistic and integrative health. His roles as a health and wellness coach and administrator at two functional medicine clinics have provided extensive experience working with diverse patient populations. Matt is passionate about tailoring care to the unique bio-individuality of each person, respecting the cultural and personal contexts that shape their health journey.

A committed advocate for underserved communities, Matt strives to provide resources, tools, and culturally meaningful approaches that empower individuals to take charge of their health. His long-term vision is to return to the Navajo reservation in New Mexico to contribute to improving community health and well-being.
