Payment Options
Conveniently located to serve Denver Metro, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs.
As part of our patient-oriented approach to functional medicine, our payment options at Spire Health Pathways are quite accommodating, especially in comparison to those of other functional medicine practices.
Additionally, though most functional medicine clinics will not honor insurance coverage, we make it a point to contract with health insurance providers to make our services as accessible as possible to our communities. This comes at a considerable cost and adds much complexity to our operations, but we feel strongly about ensuring our patients to get the most out of their already purchased insurance benefits. Having the insurance contracting and billing expertise, further solidifies our dedication to providing top-notch healthcare options to a wider range of individuals and caring for our patient’s financial wellbeing in addition to their health.
Insurance
All patients utilizing their existing insurance to help offset the costs of our services are required to pay for a package plan at the time of service. A package covers the services that are necessary in the scope of functional medicine but that the healthcare insurance industry hasn’t created the coding and billing structure to financially recognize and support. A package covers 6 months of treatment and is a fee that is not billed to or paid for by insurance. Fees for visits with our providers will be billed to your insurance company for payment. The package fee does not cover any of the costs for office or telehealth visits, supplements, or specialty testing. You may use your HSA or FSA benefits to pay for the package plan.
- 6-month package: $600
